The Team

This week, we picked the concept that we want to work on for the rest of the semester. As Akanksha, Ann-Maree and I brainstormed collectively I was quite determined to work on one of our projects.
In the end I chose Ann-Maree’s project, DIY Trove.

Our team includes myself, Ann-Maree, Akanksha, Mayi, Lisa and Young. Women heavily dominate our team and so does our concept. I’m afraid it could be quite gender specific. DIY Trove aims to create a bridge between old content from Trove (i.e. digitized magazines and newspapers and images) and new ideas to inspire DIY projects.

Unfortunately, we have a much larger team than expected. We were to have 3-4 members but ended up with 6. This could create problems for time management along the way but I’m sure it will be prove to be fun, interesting and never boring J
